About Us 

 The IEVPC is headquartered in Orlando, Florida. It operates world wide through the branch offices of its associates scientists and contractors. Once its CGE Monitoring and Warning System (CMWS) is deployed, the IEVPC will establish on site facilities at high threat areas providing advanced notification of CGE events.

                                                                                                                      Board of Directors

The Board of Directors (BOD) for the IEVPC was recently established along with the registration of the IEVPC in the State of Florida. This BOD is expected to expand during the next few months as the response to invitations to join the BOD are processed. Membership on the board is expected to consist of a broad representation of leaders from a variety of fields and international backgrounds. This includes members from the media, government, technology management, aerospace, finance, etc., that may provide a wide range of expertise to aid the IEVPC in the accomplishment of its Mission.

John L. Casey

Mr. John L. Casey. IEVPC Co-Founder and Chairman. Mr. Casey is also President of Veritence, Inc., a science and engineering consulting company and Veritence Publishing, Inc. a company established to aid scientists, nature and science-fiction authors to get their books published. He was, previous to 2015, the  President of the Space and Science Research Corporation (SSRC), a leading climate science research organization. Mr. Casey is a former White House space program advisor, NASA Headquarters and Congressional Consultant and was a Senior Field Engineer on the Space Shuttle program. He is a leading researcher on the science of solar activity cycles and their impacts on climate change and associated catastrophic geophysical events (CGE), including earthquakes, tsunamis and volcanic eruptions. He is also the author of the widely acclaimed climate science books including the 2011 climate book “Cold Sun,” its 2014 remake  and natiowide best seller, "Dark Winter," and the December 12, 2016 book "Upheaval! - Why Catastrophic Earthquakes Will Soon Strike the United States."

Dr. Dong Choi

Dr. Dong Choi. IEVPC Co-Founder and Director of Research. He holds a PhD in Geology from Hokkaido University, Japan. He is a specialist in global tectonics and is the Editor-in-Chief of the New Concepts in Global Tectonics (NCGT) Newsletter. Australia. He is also Director of Raax Australia Pty Ltd. a geo-engineering company in Canberra, Australia. He is a primary co-author of the just released (December 14, 2016) book "Upheaval! - Why Catastrophic Earthquakes Will Soon Strike the United States."
